About Self & More
At Self & More we are concerned about the total well-being of the body, mind and spirit. Among our services are Life Coaching and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). Self & More Pilates and Guided Relaxation classes is another one of our services, it does not serve purely for relaxation purposes, but acts as a vital element for overall body health and tone. Through Pilates we assist clients in strengthening their physical ability, improving their core muscle strength, flexibility, spinal mobility and body strength.

Pilates & Guided Relaxation offers a whole range of benefits to your health, such as: toning, improvement of blood circulation, postural alignment, relief from back pain and stress, and many more. Since it is a low-impact exercise it is easy to make the decision to start doing Pilates. The focus of Pilates is to strengthen the core muscles, which will improve the overall strength and tone of your body.
Self & More offers these options for Pilates classes:
- Private & Duo Classes: this is presented at a home studio located in Uitzicht
- Group Classes: this takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 18h30, presented at Fitstrong Studio in Glencarry (all welcome)
